The long-established firm of Nowosad & Company in Port
Hardy, became a member of the MacIsaac Group in 1993. Dan
Nowosad, together with Eldon Iverson, established their law
practice in the North Island community back in 1976.
Over the years the practice flourished, and in the mid 1980's
Mr. Iverson became a Judge of the Provincial Court of British
Columbia. In 1993, Brian Klaver, the former mayor of Port
Hardy who had joined the law firm in 1981, was also appointed
a Provincial Court Judge.
